☑ Make a diving emergency assistance plan
☑ Swim 400m in under 11 minutes
☑ Swim 400m in under 11 minutes
☑ Tread water for 15 minutes, the last two with your arms out of the water
☑ Swim 800m face down using a mask, snorkel and fins in under 18.5 minutes
☑ Tow/push a diver at the surface for 100m
☑ Exchange full equipment underwater with another diver while sharing a single air source
☑ Rescue an unconscious diver, give resuscitation breaths and bring them out of the water
☑ Demonstrate 24 scuba and skin-diving skills so that others can learn them
☑ Set up and manage an open-water dive
☑ Create a map of an open-water dive site, including depth contours, points of interest, entry/exit points, potential hazards etc
☑ Give a pre-dive briefing according to a ten-point protocol
☑ Search for and bring to the surface a submerged lost object weighing no more than 10kg

☑ Conduct a Scuba Review course for certified divers who want to refresh their skills
